With a production capacity of over 130,000 tons per year, CAPC combines international engineering standards with the logistical benefits of its strategic location — enabling fast, cost-effective supply across Central Asia, the Caucasus, and the Middle East.

The CAPC Production Complex is one of the most advanced lubricants and greases manufacturing facilities in Central Asia. The complex was designed to deliver world-class production efficiency, flexibility, and environmental responsibility.

Facility Layout and Infrastructure

The CAPC manufacturing site covers more than 30,000 m², fully integrated with the region’s industrial utilities and transportation networks

The plant consists of multiple specialized blocks:
  • Blending Block
    automated lubricant blending lines using Simultaneous Metered Blending (SMB) and ABB technologies
  • Grease Production Block
    high-capacity, fully automated line for calcium sulphonate, lithium, and lithium-complex greases
  • Antifreeze & Specialty Fluids Block
    dedicated area for glycol-based coolants and other specialty products
  • Laboratory & Office Building
    864 m² technical hub with full analytical and administrative functions
  • Packaging and Filling Area
    multiple automated lines for small, medium, and bulk packaging
  • Base Oil and Additives Storage Farm
    tank farm capacity exceeding 2,500 tons
  • Finished Products Warehouse
    controlled environment storage for up to 1,600 pallets
  • Steam Generation and Utility Unit
    providing thermal energy for blending and process heating
  • Railway Terminal and Dispatch Station
    dedicated 380-meter private railway line connected directly to Uzbekistan’s national network
Lubricants Blending Section

At the heart of the complex is the Lubricants Blending Unit, where high-performance base oils and additives are combined using precision metering and temperature control

The SMB (Simultaneous Metered Blending) system enables:
  • Continuous blending of multiple base oils and additives in real time
  • Highly accurate dosing with ±0.1% precision
  • Batch flexibility — from 1 ton pilot runs to 20-ton commercial batches
  • Faster formulation changeovers with zero cross-contamination (Pigging system)
The blending process is fully automated and monitored through the SCADA control platform, integrated with ERP to ensure digital traceability from raw material intake to finished product shipment.
Grease Manufacturing Block

The Grease Production Block is designed and commissioned in cooperation with Frigmaires Engineers (India)

It produces:
  • Calcium sulphonate greases — for mining, metallurgy, and heavy-duty applications
  • Lithium and lithium-complex greases — for automotive and industrial machinery
  • Calcium and multipurpose greases — for general engineering use
Features include:
  • Fully automatic 10,000 kg/day production capacity
  • Advanced heating, cooling, and mixing control
  • Closed system with zero vapor emissions
  • On-line quality sampling points for process control
CAPC is among the first plants in the region capable of producing calcium sulphonate greases locally — reducing dependency on imports and supporting regional industry development.
Antifreeze and Specialty Fluids Division

The Antifreeze & Special Fluids Division manufactures products such as:

  • Monoethylene glycol-based coolants,
  • Windshield washer fluids,
  • Brake fluids,
  • Industrial heat-transfer liquids.
  • Production utilizes precision mixing and filling systems to guarantee homogeneous composition, optimized inhibitor balance, and long-term corrosion protection.


    All formulations are tested for freeze/boil range, pH stability, and metal compatibility in accordance with ASTM D3306 and BS6580 standards.
